NOTE: TE makes no representation, express or implied, that it will enter into a business relationship with you in return for your completion of this form. Except as otherwise provided by law or written agreement, you may be declined or terminated for any reason. For those business partners who have existing written and valid agreements with TE we ask that you complete this form. Your TE business sponsor will contact you concerning any required amendments to the existing written agreements.

TE respects your privacy and will only use personal information collected in this questionnaire for performing an on-boarding procedure and fulfilling its obligation to properly exercise due diligence on the qualifications of its business partners to meet various legal compliance requirements. For the same purpose TE, as a global company, may transfer your personal information to its affiliates and service providers in other countries if required.
TE will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your information and will contractually oblige its service providers to do the same. Access to the information will be limited on a strict need-to-know basis.
