Welcome Hewlett Packard Enterprise Partner,

Hewlett Packard Enterprise has established this partner compliance program to support its ongoing commitment to meet all legal and compliance obligations. This program is designed to ensure that Hewlett Packard Enterprise and its partners are in compliance with the laws and regulations of the United States and other countries in which Hewlett Packard Enterprise conducts business. Within this partner compliance website, Hewlett Packard Enterprise will ask you to provide certain information to ensure compliance. The information requested is limited and necessary to complete Hewlett Packard Enterprise's legal due diligence responsibilities. Hewlett Packard Enterprise will only use the personal information and other information you provide in this questionnaire to validate your Company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and Hewlett Packard Enterprise policies, and to conduct investigations into possible breaches.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise will use the information you provide in the questionnaire to determine whether to maintain a contractual relationship with you or your Company. If Hewlett Packard Enterprise determines that you have provided any false, incomplete, or misleading responses to these questions, Hewlett Packard Enterprise may modify the terms of the contract, terminate the contract, suspend all transactions with you or your Company, or take any other action allowed by law.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Compliance with laws is an important part of the HPE mission to conduct our business in all countries with trust, respect, and integrity. This HPE Legal and Regulatory Compliance program website and Due Diligence Questionnaire will ask you for limited personal data relating to your employees, directors, owners and shareholders, and representatives, and, in limited instances, their family members, in order for HPE to conduct due diligence on its existing and prospective partners, as part of HPE’s broader anti-corruption and global trade compliance program. The Due Diligence Questionnaire includes questions that will enable HPE to identify any relationships that may exist between a current or prospective partner and government officials and entities, and to identify circumstances that may suggest a business does not meet HPE’s high standards for business ethics and integrity.

In some cases, upon review of your responses to the Due Diligence Questionnaire, HPE may determine that additional information is required for the above-mentioned purposes. In those instances, HPE may collect additional personal data relating to your employees, directors, owners and shareholders, and representatives, and their family members, via publicly available online sources and other off-line sources. This collection may involve sensitive personal data, such as data relating to relationships with government organizations, officials, and political parties, and records of administrative, civil, or criminal enforcement actions, settlements, or convictions. Any personal data provided to or collected by HPE will be processed solely for the purpose of undertaking due diligence activities in connection with HPE’s anti-corruption and global trade compliance program, as described above.

HPE will process all personal data and sensitive personal data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and the HPE Privacy Statement. If HPE determines that it is necessary to obtain written consent of an affected individual to collect sensitive personal data, HPE may request your assistance to do so. If required for HPE’s anti-corruption and global trade due diligence activities, HPE may transfer personal data within its group of companies and to other third parties worldwide as described in the HPE Privacy Statement. You and persons whose personal data you provide to HPE should become familiar with this Privacy Notice and the HPE Privacy Statement.
