Third Party Business Justification Statement
This document seeks information to assist XPO in assessing the business need and justification for a proposed new relationship with a third party supplier to XPO (“Third Party”), and must be completed by the XPO business sponsor prior to contracting with any Third Party subject to XPO’s Third Party Due Diligence Program.
To complete a business justification statement for a new Third Party, please enter your email address and password in the boxes on the left side of the screen. If you are editing a draft statement that has not been finalized and submitted, enter your email address and password in the boxes on the right side of the screen. After the business justification statement has been submitted, the Third Party Due Diligence Program team from XPO’s Compliance Office will then determine if a Due Diligence Questionnaire needs to be completed by the Third Party.
