The promotion of business ethics and the fight against bribery and corruption are fundamental to doing business the right way; they are also key elements of sustainable and long term business development. Therefore, our Suppliers shall commit themselves to the highest standard of ethical conduct and responsible business practices, and all new and existing will have to follow a strict due diligence process.
This Due Diligence questionnaire serves to assess any potential bribery & corruption risk that derive or result from our multiple relationships in each country where our Group conducts business, ensuring compliance with international standards, including but not limited to the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act.
Our Group will decide whether to enter into or continue any contractual relationship with any Vendor company based in part on the responses to this questionnaire you are being asked to complete. If our Group determines that a Vendor or other type of third party have provided any false, incomplete or misleading statements, our Group companies may immediately terminate any contractual relationships with you or your Company or modify such contracts, and take any other action allowed by contract or applicable law.
