BMC Software and its subsidiary companies ("BMC") has established this Due Diligence Program to facilitate BMC's compliance with export compliance laws, data privacy laws and international anti-corruption laws, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and other relevant anti-corruption laws. BMC Software will evaluate whether to enter into or continue any contractual relationship with your company as a business partner based in part on the responses to this Questionnaire. If BMC determines that business partner has provided any false, incomplete or misleading statements, BMC may immediately terminate any contractual relationships with business partner and/or take any other action allowed by contract or applicable law.
