The purpose of data processing relates to communications regarding the Due Diligence Questionnaire filled by you, to verify the information provided by you or your Company, to conduct background/due diligence investigations on you or your company, and for ongoing administration of Medtronic's compliance processes (hereafter “Purpose”).
