A Business Justification Form ("BJF") must be completed whenever the Company desires to retain a Third Party Intermediary ("TPI") to perform services on behalf of the Company. The purpose of the BJF is to collect information about the TPI so the Ethics & Compliance Office can assess the risk of doing business with the TPI.
Each TPI must have a Director-level (or above) Business Sponsor, who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of the TPI vetting process.
To create a new BJF, fill in the required information on the left-hand side below. You will need to use your company email address and the same password every time you create a BJF. If you forget your password or need to change it, you can do so on the right-hand side below.
To access a BJF that was previously created but has not yet been submitted, fill in your credentials on the right-hand side below.
